NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 16 Posts


National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released Advt No. 04/2026 for engagement of 16 Specialists on contract in CISO and DoS-CSITE departments at Mumbai HO. Online registration from 09.10.2026 to 26.10.2026 at http://www.nabard.org.


Post Wise Vacancy and Salary:


1. SOC Analyst - 03 Posts

Age 24-35 years. B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/Electrical/Cyber Security or MCA or PG in CS/IT with 60% marks. Mandatory cert Security+ or CEH. 3 years experience in IT/Cyber Security. Salary Rs. 12-18 lakh per annum.


2. Information Security Analyst - 03 Posts

Age 24-35 years. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PG in CS/IT with 60% marks plus CISA/CISM/CISSP cert. 2-4 years experience in Information Security or IT Risk. Salary Rs. 12-18 lakh per annum.


3. Network Security Analyst - 01 Post

Age 26-38 years. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PG plus CCNP Security cert. 5 years IT with 3 years in Network Security handling firewall, IPS, WAF. Salary Rs. 18-25 lakh per annum.


4. Ethical Hacker and Penetration Tester - 01 Post

Age 25-35 years. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PG plus CEH/OSCP/ECSA cert. 2-4 years in VAPT, App/API security testing with Burp Suite. Salary Rs. 15-24 lakh per annum.


5. Lead Auditor - 02 Posts

Age 32-45 years. B.E/B.Tech in CSE/ECE/IT or Bachelor plus Master in CS/IT/ECE plus CISA and CISSP/ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. 8 years IT including 5 years audit in BFSI sector leading teams. Salary Rs. 35-40 lakh per annum.


6. Cyber and Network Security Specialist - 02 Posts

Age 30-45 years. B.E/B.Tech or Master in CS/IT/ECE plus CISA and CCNA/CCNP/CEH/CISM. 6 years handling network devices plus 3 years audit. Salary Rs. 30-35 lakh per annum.


7. IT Infrastructure and Banking Specialist - 02 Posts

Age 30-45 years. B.E/B.Tech or Master in CS/IT/ECE plus CISA and CISM/ISO 27001/PCI DSS. 6 years in CBS, SWIFT, ATM, UPI/IMPS/NEFT plus 3 years audit. Salary Rs. 30-35 lakh per annum.


8. Cyber Security Analyst - 02 Posts

Age 24-32 years. B.E/B.Tech or Master in CS/IT/ECE plus CEH/ISO 27001/DB/Cloud cert. 3 years in IT/Cyber Security. Salary Rs. 18-20 lakh per annum.

Application Fee: SC/ST/PWBD Rs. 150, Others Rs. 850 plus GST.


Contract Period: 2 years extendable up to 5 years. Annual increment up to 10% based on performance. No PF/Pension. 30 days leave per year. Quarters available on 0.5% license fee or 10% HRA.


Selection Process: Shortlisting (1:3 ratio) based on qualification and experience plus Interview.
